200g pearl
250g water
100g brown sugar
1 box of Farm Fresh milk
Instructions
Cook the pearls first
1. Boil a pot of water, add 200g pearls, and simmer for 30 minutes on high heat
2. Close with the lid for 20 minutes
3. Pick the pearl up and immerse in cold water
* Add in pearls only when the water is boiling, otherwise the pearls will melt away
Preparing brown sugar syrup
4. 250g water and 100g brown sugar are cooked together to melt the sugar
5. When the brown sugar is dissolved completely and slightly boiled, add in the pearls and cook them together
6. Cook until brown sugar syrup until thick
7. After cooling down, add the brown sugar pearls into a cup and turn the cup in a circle.
8. Then pour in the milk.

Notes
* If you want a milk tea instead of milk, you can cook 500 ml milk first with 3 teabags (e.g Lipton Black Tea) in medium heat until the color turn slightly brownish.
* Add in pearls only when the water is boiling, otherwise the pearls will melt away
