Ingredients

Cream cheese 250g
Low protein flour 30g
Corn starch 20g
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Castor sugar 20 + 40g
Whipping cream 120ml
Corn Oil / Sunflower Oil 40ml

Instructions

1.Cream cheese + 20g castor sugar, mix well with a hard rubber spatula.
2.Add in egg yolks one by one.
3.Add the whipping cream in divided 3 times, mix well with a whisk, then add the oil.
4.Add the sifted low protein flour and corn flour, mix well with a rubber spatula.
5.In another mixing bowl, beat egg whites and 40g sugar until firm.
6.Add the beaten egg whites to the cake batter in divided 3 times and mix well.
7.Place in a 170 ° C preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes with a water bath method.
