Ingredients

【First layer 】
1200ml water
150g caster sugar
2 teaspoons jelly powder
2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
Diced fruit, random amount (blueberry, strawberry, honeydew,pomelo, dragon fruit)

【Second layer】
Orange flavored Vitagen 3 bottles(375ml)
40g caster sugar
1.5 teaspoon agar-agar powder
0.5 teaspoon of jelly powder

【Third layer】
Coconut cream 100ml
250ml water
40g caster sugar
1.5 teaspoons of agar-agar powder
0.5 teaspoon of jelly powder

Instructions

【First layer】
1. Pour water into the pot and heat it to medium-high heat.
2. Pour in the mixed granulated sugar + jelly powder + agar-agar powder, stirring constantly.
3. Cook until the water boils and completely dissolves.
4. Turn off the heat and pour it into the jelly mold with the fruit diced three times after it has cooled slightly. (Jelly liquid>Fruit>Jelly liquid>Fruit>Jelly liquid).
5. When finished, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

【Second floor】
1. Pour the Vitagen into the pot and bring it to medium-high heat.
2. Pour in the mixed granulated sugar + jelly powder + agar-agar powder, stirring constantly.
3. Bring to a boil and dissolve completely.
4. Turn off the heat, cool slightly, and pour into the mold.
5. Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
6.  After solidification, mark the jelly with a toothpick.

【Third floor】
1. Pour the water and coconut cream into the pot and bring it to medium-high heat.
2. Pour in the mixed granulated sugar + jelly powder + agar-agar powder, stirring constantly.
3. Bring to a boil and dissolve completely.
4. Turn off the heat, cool slightly, and pour into the mold.
5. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to release it from the mold.
