Warm water (1: 1 equivalent to egg liquid)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
8 shrimps (you can choose not to see if you like)
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Add salt and stir well.
3. Add warm water and continue stirring.
4.Filter the egg liquid. If there are blisters after filtering, scoop up with a spoon.
5. Add in shrimp.
6. Cover with a plate to avoid droplet dripping onto the egg during steaming.
7. Close the lid and steam for 10 minutes. After turning off the flame, keep it inside the steamer for another 2 minutes.
8. Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce.
