Ingredients

2 bananas
60g Yogood Chocolate & Nut Crunchy Muesli
2 eggs
160g flour
125ml milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Put banana, muesli, eggs and milk into a blender to blend until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.
  3. Add banana mixture into the powder, then mix well using plastic spatula.
  4. Put 2 tablespoons of batter on a medium-heated frying pan that has brushed with butter.
  5. After 2 minutes, turn to the other side and continue to fry until both sides are slightly brownish.
  6. Decorate the top part with muesli and honey.
